Each Keller Williams Market Center is independently owned and operated.

CasaPlace provides premium property advisory services in Portugal, namely: accompaniment of owners, sales strategy, property positioning and marketing, market studies, private sales, patrimonial consultancy and negotiation.
3. Use of the website
The user undertakes to use the website in good faith, in compliance with applicable legislation and with these terms. Any use that may impair the operation of the website, infringe the rights of third parties or collect data unlawfully is prohibited.

7. Alternative dispute resolution

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the courts of the judicial district of CasaPlace's registered office shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
