We collect only the data strictly necessary for the provision of our services:
- Identification and contact data (name, email, telephone);
- Information relating to the property or to your patrimonial context;
- Messages exchanged with us;
- Conversations held with the website's virtual assistant;
- Recruitment application data (professional background and CV, where submitted);
- Visit origin data (referring page and campaign parameters), associated with contact requests;
- Website browsing data (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data are processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to contact requests and providing property advisory services — pre-contractual and contractual performance;
- Operation of the website's virtual assistant and internal routing of the requests received — pre-contractual steps;
- Compliance with legal obligations (AMI licensing, anti-money laundering, tax);
- Occasional communication about services, with your express consent;
- Continuous improvement of the website and the user experience — legitimate interest.
4. Data retention
Data are retained for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected and the applicable legal obligations (up to 10 years for accounting and contractual records; up to 5 years for AMI records).
5. Recruitment and applications
The data and CV submitted through the recruitment form are processed exclusively for recruitment and selection purposes, on the basis of the pre-contractual steps requested by the candidate and of CasaPlace's legitimate interest in building its team.
Applications reach us by email and are kept for up to 2 years after submission, after which they are deleted — unless the data subject requests earlier deletion, which can be done at any time through info@casaplace.pt.
6. Data sharing
CasaPlace does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. We only share information with processors strictly necessary to provide our services: website hosting and statistics (Cloudflare), email notifications (Resend), processing of virtual assistant conversations (Anthropic, United States) and email and productivity tools (Google). All are bound by contract and GDPR-compliant; where located outside the European Economic Area, European Commission standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions in force apply. Whenever required, we share data with the competent public authorities.
7. Rights of the data subject
You may, at any time, exercise the following rights:
- Right of access, rectification and updating;
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to object;
- Right to withdraw consent, at any time.
